As the EHS Specialist job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure compliance with all company, OSHA, Federal, State, and local regulations
  • Create and maintain EHS programs
  • Assist in identifying and addressing plant hazards
  • Track and document EHS related information
  • Investigate site incidents and ensure corrective action plans
  • Manage EHS related permits and reporting

As the EHS Specialist job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, or another science related field
  • 1+ years of EHS experience
  • Previous in experience in a food and/or chemical manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with current safety and environmental standards, rules, and regulations
