Electrical Engineer

Schedule: MON – FRI, first shift Onsite
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Next generation product design & development
- Existing electrical design improvement
- Product line support for alternate components/obsolete parts
- Design verification
- Test & evaluate legacy and/or third-party products
- Cost efficiency research
Basic Requirements and Skills:
- BS Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience designing low-voltage digital and analog circuits
- Development experience with electronic products fitted to custom enclosures
- RF device and systems experience
- PCB layout experience
- Circuit modeling and schematic capture experience
- Experience using spectrum analyzers, digital signal generators, & other types of test equipment
- Ability to perform module and system-level testing
- Experience in product requirement specifications and translation to design requirements & experience writing engineering verification test plans
- MS Office Suite
- Above average communication skillset
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with RF, RFID, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Low Frequency (LF communication), or flex circuit design
- Design and integration experience of single-chip, low-power wireless transceivers
- Embedded software (firmware) integration experience
- Deep knowledge and comprehension of applicable codes and standards
- Soldering experience
