Duties and Responsibilities:

• Next generation product design & development
• Existing electrical design improvement
• Product line support for alternate components/obsolete parts
• Design verification
• Test & evaluate legacy and/or third-party products
• Cost efficiency research

Basic Requirements and Skills:

• BS Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years’ experience designing low-voltage digital and analog circuits
• Development experience with electronic products fitted to custom enclosures
• RF device and systems experience
• PCB layout experience
• Circuit modeling and schematic capture experience
• Experience using spectrum analyzers, digital signal generators, & other types of test equipment
• Ability to perform module and system-level testing
• Experience in product requirement specifications and translation to design requirements & experience writing engineering verification test plans
• MS Office Suite
• Above average communication skillset

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with RF, RFID, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Low Frequency (LF communication), or flex circuit design
• Design and integration experience of single-chip, low-power wireless transceivers
• Embedded software (firmware) integration experience
• Deep knowledge and comprehension of applicable codes and standards
• Soldering experience
