Responsibilities

  • Design electrical gauging applications for industrial purposes
  • Design may include hardware and/or software components for either instrumentation or control systems
  • Define bill of materials
  • Develop electrical timing diagrams
  • Develop application software
  • Perform internal & customer design reviews
  • Update documentation as required and file documentation per quality procedures
  • Specialization within a certain product line is to be expected
  • Occasionally may support Sales, Proposal, Order Processing, Final Check, Repair, Service and Training Departments

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • Able to read & understand engineering drawings
  • Able to understand geometric dimensioning and tolerances
  • AutoCAD experience for hardware designs
  • Have a general understanding of electrical concepts.
  • Experience with GM, Ford, Chrysler specifications desirable
  • Computer literate & willing to learn how to program gauging applications
