Responsibilities
Serve as a key resource to both the HR and Legal teams
Manage employee relations maters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and terminations
Advise business leaders regarding HR policies and interpretation
Consult and support internal stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support
Cultivate strong and meaningful relationships with stakeholders to build trust as the primary touchpoint
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, separation agreements, and other employment-related documents
Partner with HR and Legal teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
Lead and provide support for special ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
6+ years of progressive HR experience in the financial services and/or consulting industries
Proven experience in employee relations and drafting employment agreements
Strong organization, interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR Certification(s) preferred
International HR experience a plus
