CCAC Corps Leaders serving with Campus Compact will build program capacity alongside our staff team. Corps Leaders support our cohort of AmeriCorps members throughout the United States. Campus Compact is a coalition of colleges and universities dedicated to advancing the public purposes of higher education and an intermediary sponsor for the CCAC AmeriCorps program. A projected 100+ AmeriCorps members will be leveraged by higher education institutions and their community partners to support the CCAC program areas of Energy Efficiency, Ecosystem Health, and Education & Public Awareness. The CCAC Corps Leader for Energy Efficiency will be part of a team of four Corps Leaders and four staff members supporting the personal and professional development of Campus Compact's cohort of AmeriCorps members. They will be supervised by a CCAC Program Coordinator and will provide support for the program area of Energy Efficiency, building the capacity of CCAC to increase energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and increase cost savings for underserved communities. They will assist in the creation and provision of related member training, technical assistance, and support to the national CCAC cohort. The Corps Leader will maintain regular communication with members. Along with building out annual training and member support programming, Corps Leaders also review data collection processes, and research and develop resource materials for CCAC host sites and members. The candidate selected for this position will serve in our Boston or Chicago Office. Relocation Assistance is not provided.
