We are looking for an Engineering Director for our App and Growth team to lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution of our consumer-facing health tech products. Drive talented teams of engineers, collaborating closely with product management, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and patient-centric solutions. What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Collaborate with executive leadership and senior leaders in product & engineering to align priorities and business objectives.
Drive the development of consumer-facing health tech products, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Define and drive technical roadmaps, set engineering priorities, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Champion the use of modern technologies, tools, and processes to enhance product development efficiency and quality.
Foster a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams work together seamlessly to achieve shared objectives.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
Experience leading engineering teams in a consumer-facing tech company with a strong track record of delivering scalable, high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with mobile and web technologies, and health tech regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the passion to inspire and motivate.

The base salary for this role ranges from $250,000 - $300,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
