About The Role
Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering Intern
Are you a rising Junior or Senior? Are you a motivated self-starter? Can you take an assignment and run with it? If you're ready to dive into a fast-paced work environment, a Reworld Waste internship may be the right fit for you.
We welcome interns to become a part of our team. You will work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our company. Specific focus of the Internship
You need to be enrolled in a four-year college or university and you have:
a balanced resume which includes solid academic performance and campus involvement
a genuine interest in developing a career in Waste to Energy
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
You are:
positive with a can-do approach
We’d like to see evidence that you can:
analyze a problem, come up with ideas and decide
show good judgment
plan, organize and make things happen
communicate well and work within a team
stick with a task

About The Role
Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering Intern

Specific focus of the Internship
- Setting up a software system for data capture and assessment for drone technology
- Help set safety standards/protocols for drone inspections of cranes/stacks/other systems
- Assist in drone pilot to determine best technology for Reworld use cases
- Support maintenance and engineering teams with scopes of work for drone-based inspections
- Support analysis of drone results
- Support improvements in existing drone technology and inspections
