You Are
An Enterprise Architect who will design, develop, and implement data models, data integration, data governance, and data analytics solutions for a cloud-based software application that serves multiple customers and users. You will work closely with product managers, developers, data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to understand the data needs and objectives of the product and to deliver data solutions that meet the product requirements and align with the product strategy and vision.
The Opportunity
Develop strategies: Create and implement the business's overall technology strategy and vision while ensuring it's efficient, effective, and secure.
Evaluate business strategies: Assess existing IT processes, architecture, and internal business strategies. Ensure change initiatives support the organization's strategic goals and priorities
Suggest improvements: Propose improvements to IT processes, systems, and functions
Collaborate with product teams: Work with product teams to incorporate proposed changes into the change plan and product roadmap
Provide architectural input: Ensure change initiatives are well-integrated and support the long-term vision of the enterprise architecture.
Lead and facilitate architecture reviews, design sessions, and proof of concepts with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze the performance, availability, and reliability of the SaaS products and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in software architecture, design, and development, with at least 5 years of experience in SaaS development and delivery.
Experience in developing IT roadmaps, proposing structural plans and coordinating with technical teams to integrate new technologies.
Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills to manage different types of stakeholders
Have a deep understanding of technology systems and applications, including databases, cloud computing, IT infrastructures, and software development technologies.
Good understanding of Healthcare Payer domain knowledge and strategies to create compelling architecture and designs that meet business and client needs.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST HealthProof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Salary Range: $159,000-$239,000
