The Opportunity

Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise BDR to join their fast-growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in a hyper-growth startup, with high earnings and fast career growth potential.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling and personalized outreach (email and LinkedIn)
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (# meetings)
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with Founders, C-level, and other team members, and provide regular reports

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
  • Proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ideally, experience selling to CMO, VP of Marketing in the Mid-Market or Large Enterprise segment
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales software (HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, ZoomInfo etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Ability to work EST hours

Interviewing Process

  • Level 1 - 60-min virtual interview with COO (General fit)
  • Level 2 - Take-home assignment (Skills assessment)
  • Level 3 - 60-min interview with Founder/CEO (Cultural fit)
  • Reference and Background Checks: conducted after successful interviews
  • Job Offer: provided to the selected candidate
