Our client is a leading provider of innovative electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, dedicated to advancing sustainable transportation. Their mission is to make EV charging accessible, reliable, and efficient for businesses and communities around the world.


As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of their EV charging solutions to mid and large size enterprise customers. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and drive outbound sales efforts to expand their customer base. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong analytical skills, and a passion for sustainability and clean technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand their customer base in the enterprise segment.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and business opportunities within fleet management and other key sectors.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Create an in-depth sales strategy that prioritizes new inbound leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise-level sales, preferably in EV/fleet management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success, with a focus on strategic planning and outbound sales.
  • A true hunter who prioritizes new business.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the technology or clean energy industry is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and clean technology.
