Responsibilities:

• Role models outstandingcustomerservice for the team
• Work closely with both the sales and customer service teams todevelopand disseminate positive branding messages for our clients' products and services
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality and professionalism (especially when handlingcustomercomplaints)
• Takes an active role in training and mentoringnewCustomerService Representatives
• Learn andclientpertinent product knowledge for ourbrands
• Followclientguidelines
• Execute campaign per management’s request
• Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers
  
  

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or higher
• 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing orcustomerserviceexperienceis preferred
• Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
• Exceptionalcustomerservice and communication skills
• Ability to apply constructive feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
• Must love working with people and be comfortable in a forward facing environment

The average base salary forBusinessDevelopmentAssociate ranges between $45,000 and $75,500 per year. Experience and ability to build relationships within a sales format will determine the amount a BDA can make.
