- Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Assist in coordinating events and functions
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
