We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Entry Level Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our social media manager and contribute to our online presence. From crafting compelling posts to engaging with our audience, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand image and driving user engagement.
Responsibilities:
Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, and videos
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely manner
Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media
Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels
Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
Stay informed about new social media features and platform updates and propose innovative strategies to leverage them
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus
