Environmental Health Safety Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to be working with a company in the Beaverton, OR area for a Health and Safety Specialist.

You will:

• Ensure material safety data sheets are available and accurate.
• Develop health and safety procedures for manufacturing and corporate offices.
• Identify any concerns and implement safety initiatives.
• Responsible for compliance, reports, and records of any issues to do with hazardous waste and pollutants.

You Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Safety role
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Training staff on safety procedures
• Proficient knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
• Naturally analytically inclined

You Will Receive:

• Compensation: $70-$85K DOE
• Day Shift Hours: 8-5, M-F
