- Perform small to large due diligence projects,
- Assist with field investigations,
- Research and compile data,
- Complete various environmental reports,
- Interface with clients and regulatory agencies; and
- Support project managers with permitting and/or regulatory compliance.
- 1-4 years of related experience;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail is a must;
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project) is preferred;
- Solid organizational and time management skills;
- Experience with due diligence, compliance and permitting, site assessments (Phase I and II), and subsurface investigations;
- B.S. in Environmental Engineering or a related field preferred;
- HAZWOPER training is a plus;
- AHERA asbestos inspector and or EPA Lead-Based Paint Inspector or Risk Assessor certification would be ideal.
