Our client is seeking a driven, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their executive team in both personal and business-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the financial services or consulting industry, demonstrating superior communication, project management, and time management skills. This role requires a "no task is too small" mentality, high levels of confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. The position is primarily office-based with flexibility for WFH Friday's.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personal finances, including expense reports, bill payments, and related tasks for the CEO and COO.
- Oversee and plan office social events and guest coordination.
- Coordinate personal activities and appointments.
- Handle all travel logistics – coordinating flights, car service, hotels, etc.
- Manage kitchen and office supply inventory for the NYC office and any related items.
- Other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting executives in both a personal and business administrative capacity.
- Must have experience in financial services or consulting.
- No ego: be a team player with a "no task is too small" mentality.
- Driven, resourceful, and proactive.
- Superior communication, project, and time management skills.
- Intuitiveness, good judgment, and a strong work ethic to complete tasks.
- Ability to provide the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion.
- Attentive to principals' preferences and style, conscientious, and honorable.
- Role is mainly in-office, but some hybrid opportunity available.
