TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global asset manager to hire a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the executive team of a new entity. This role is multifaceted and requires an individual who can effectively manage a variety of responsibilities including the daily operations of the office, conducting research, and managing projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and communications.
- Conduct research on various topics as requested by the executive team, summarizing findings and presenting them in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and other relevant topics to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by gathering and analyzing data.
- Assist in planning and executing special projects, tracking project progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required and advanced degrees preferred, with exceptional academic qualifications.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Position pays a base salary range of $100,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level.
