Executive Creative Director
Fitzco exists to discover brands' inherent goodness and overcome the obstacles in their way. This process of harnessing what matters and converting it to what moves people is what we call Unleashing Brand Energy.
We do it every day with partners like French’s, Cholula, Welch's, Checkers & Rally’s, Optum, MedExpress and SYLVANIA.
Founded in 1983 and independent since 2020, Fitzco can reinvent and renew from a position of stability, strength and freedom. The right candidate will fit right into our high-expectation, high-performing, creative and supportive culture.
Executive Creative Director
As the Executive Creative Director (ECD) you are a dynamic agency leader who drives the creative vision across multiple teams to create and produce award winning solutions. As the ECD, you can elevate the work developed by the creative team while also integrating across multiple disciplines.
You still create famous work yourself, which is expected and needed, but the real rewards come from helping your teams develop their skills and their ideas, which you make clearer, stronger, better, and especially, more fun.
You have the kind of relationship with the client where they could call you, or vice versa. You have an amazingly positive attitude and find ways to make famous creative even in tough situations.
When it comes to production, you are a pro who can handle shoots and edits. You know how to involve the head of Creative and incorporate feedback. Everyone wants you on their business, and less senior people seek out your advice. You’re the ultimate team player with coworkers and clients.
