Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • HR Operations Management: Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Talent Development: Implement programs for staff development, training, and career progression while supporting professional goals of leaders and employees.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policy development to maintain a fair workplace.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to address HR needs and partner with departments to support organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with a strong track record in managing HR functions.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications or a master's degree is a plus.
