We are recruiting an Executive Director of Talent Acquisition for local companies based in Metro Detroit with 150 to 650 employees.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the workforce needs of client companies.
Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives and workforce planning.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Utilize advanced data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and inform decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry networks.
Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and tools, ensuring the use of best practices.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and job fairs to promote our brand and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Director of Talent Acquisition or a similar senior role within a large organization.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition metrics, systems, and best practices.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence organizational strategy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Hourly Pay Range:
$70 - $90 per hour
