Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises lot attendant, drivers, and detailers.
- Coordinates and manages daily schedules of drivers and detailers.
- Coordinates with all dealership personnel to coordinate prepping inventory for sale through dealership software.
- Coordinate company drivers on inventory pickups/drop-offs.
- Coordinate company detailers and ensures all vehicles meet company standards.
- Coordinate company photographer for cars to be ready and detailed when needed.
- Determine repair needs and order parts, as needed. Coordinate with CEO to facilitate repair process in timely and efficient manner.
- Oversees reconditioning process/software and ensures all vehicles are assigned a plan and subsequently progress through reconditioning process to prep for sale in timely and efficient manner. Communicates with CEO on open items and tasks related to prepping inventory for sale.
- Manage physical inventory and maintains organized log of location of vehicles at offsite storage lots, repairs shops, or auction sites.
- Maintains key system for offsite storage lots in organized manner.
- Creates daily plan for following day and sends to CEO for review and approval.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent management skills with a proven ability to motivate others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software and technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have valid Driver's License.
- 2+ years of experience in automotive related industry, inventory management, and/or logistics.
