Coordinates and manages daily schedules of drivers and detailers.
Coordinates with all dealership personnel to coordinate prepping inventory for sale through dealership software.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate company drivers on inventory pickups/drop-offs.
Coordinate company detailers and ensures all vehicles meet company standards.
Coordinate company photographer for cars to be ready and detailed when needed.
Determine repair needs and order parts, as needed. Coordinate with CEO to facilitate repair process in timely and efficient manner.
Oversees reconditioning process/software and ensures all vehicles are assigned a plan and subsequently progress through reconditioning process to prep for sale in timely and efficient manner. Communicates with CEO on open items and tasks related to prepping inventory for sale.
Manage physical inventory and maintains organized log of location of vehicles at offsite storage lots, repairs shops, or auction sites.
Maintains key system for offsite storage lots in organized manner.
Creates daily plan for following day and sends to CEO for review and approval.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have valid Driver's License.
2+ years of experience in automotive related industry, inventory management, and/or logistics.
