How You’ll Make An Impact

Support Retention Product Managers on all aspects of the product lifecycle including engagement, upgrades, and churn deflection.

Assist in the management of a variety of projects related to our Subscriber Growth product initiatives, support team with ongoing maintenance and management of in-market products.

What You’ll Do

  • Help support product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering, defining, and prioritizing product and customer requirements
  • Leverage industry and marketplace research and insights to assess digital experience trends and results to recommend new experiences or enhancements to existing experiences
  • Support ongoing user testing from discovery phase to development and launch, contribute to user experience analysis and identification of improvements
  • Training and support in Adobe analytics - setting up reporting, analysis, and presentation of key takeaways for product improvements
  • Partner with the User Experience Design team, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Programming, Customer Care, and other stakeholders to clearly communicate and document product features, requirements, and project statuses

  • Atlas Satellite Migration requirement documentation
  • Salesforce integration of Snapshot requirement documentation
  • Contact preferences API Discovery and requirement documentation
  • IAP Pause Subscription Discovery and requirement documentation
  • Packaging reporting takeaways from Adobe and Site Survey responses into presentation format for leadership circulation

What You’ll Need

  • College degree or at least 2 years of college coursework completed.
  • Product management experience with customer benchmarks for success, and other commonly understood industry benchmarks.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design, web development, and digital customer experience strategies.
  • Usability, qualitative and quantitative testing experience
  • Ability to absorb complex, ambiguous requirements to rapidly organize them into structured requirements and user stories prioritized based on data and impact.
  • Curious to explore user experience and market trends.
  • Motivated to problem solve and learn new skills, tools, and analytical techniques.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with Google Suite (Gdrive, Slides, etc.) and MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma a plus
  • Experience with digital analytics tool, such as Adobe Analytics, a plus
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $40/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
