Do you thrive under pressure?

Do you love details and organization?

Do you consider yourself a creative problem solver?

Have you been known to get excited about spreadsheets or efficient schedules?

Are you passionate about seeing unique live experiences come to life?

We're looking for recent grads with a positive attitude, who aren't afraid of being challenged, who act responsibly, have a sense of urgency, and love being part of a team. We're searching for people who are confident and curious collaborative communicators.

We're hoping you have a familiarity with or are willing to learn project management tools such as Slack, Box, Airtable, Concur and Google Docs. Maybe you're someone with a background in theater, film, or communications. We're hoping you're excited by the prospect of hitting the ground running and jumping in, literally. (Be prepared to spend long hours on your feet.)

As a Production Intern you'll learn all about what it takes to thrive as a Production Manager and Producer for live events. You'll understand how to be the communications center of a project, keep everyone on task & on schedule, and how to lead a team successfully from start to finish. You'll learn about how to pick the perfect venue, craft the best run of show, think creatively about how to accomplish the client's vision, and be on time and on budget. Our Production Managers and Producers are detail oriented, and have a cool, calm & collected attitude, even while solving the most complex of problems.

We're an award-winning Live Event Agency and for 18 years we've been collaborating with innovative global brands, creating some of the most talked-about events and activations. With each project's success, we pushed our ambition further, in search of new adventures, and greater challenges.

Our pursuit of advancement is what has motivated us since day one and what propels us to continue innovating. Our track record has allowed us to grow from a few friends with a vision, into a dynamic full-service team, collaborating with hundreds of clients on award-winning work.

Together, we advance what's possible.

We at productionglue celebrate diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive space for all employees. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, (dis)ability, age, or veteran status.
