Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Field Service Technician at Reliant Coffee. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on coffee machines. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting issues, conducting routine maintenance checks, and ensuring that all machines are in optimal working condition. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
Experience in coffee machine maintenance and repair
Knowledge of coffee machine operations and troubleshooting
Ability to perform routine maintenance checks and repairs
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in customer service is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
