Applies Principles of Earned Value Management (EVM) to lead preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, EAC forecasting, and variance analysis. Must have broad understanding of EVMS and ability to utilize EVM processes and procedures to manage program on a daily basis.

  • Program financial management and EVM reporting for the sustainment activities supporting the Canadian Maritime Helicopter Program (CMHP)
  • Creates Long Range Plan for Program including orders/sales/EBIT/cash forecast and prepares quarterly Contract Status Report (CSR) package.
  • Leads preparation of program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled. Work with Program Management, IPT Leads, Finance Management, and Functional Finance Analysts to ensure the program meets its financial commitments. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. Incorporates contractual changes into control systems.
  • Maintains awareness of outstanding work against each contract to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines. Develops and submits EVM monthly and quarterly CDRL reporting requirements to the customer. Performs other related duties and assignments as required. Considered an emerging authority in financial analysis and Earned Value Management.
  • Provide detailed weekly actuals analysis, funding, and mod reviews. Create and monitor charge numbers utilizing SAP and eWAD systems. Responsible for invoicing and collections. Support program reviews with Program Managers and Financial Management team

Desired Skills

Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.

  • Cost and Schedule integration with regard to EVMS.
  • Advanced application of Excel capabilities (knowledgeable in creation and operation of Pivot and Lookup tables), PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to multi-task and willingness to tackle additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to apply interpersonal, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $71,000 - $136,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $81,600 - $153,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
