Key Responsibilities{{:}}

• Reports to the Sr. Manager of Operations Finance and supports the Director of Strategic Sourcing and the Director of Innovation & Commercialization.
• Manage a team of Financial Analyst responsible for Strategic Sourcing & Innovation Finance. Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Support vendor contract negotiations and review / approve final contractual agreements.
• Track and report on key contractual agreements metrics that have financial implications (e.g. contractual volume agreements).
• Create and publish raw material input cost forecasts used in the creation of monthly COGS forecast.
• Conduct financial analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities. Partner with the Strategic Sourcing team to help achieve savings.
• Calculate, track, and report supply chain productivity & related KPIs.
• Support product innovation throughout the stage gate process (e.g. minimum margin thresholds, business case development, costing, etc.)
• Drive efforts in the development, implementation, and maintenance of analytical tools used to analyze data for supporting financial analysis.
• Support special projects and corporate initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• 5+ years of finance experience (investment banking, financial consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, etc.) including 2+ years in management roles.
• CPG Industry experience preferred; ideally, with understanding of contract manufacturing structures and relationships.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and financial reporting including GAAP accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Oracle NetSuite experience preferred.
