We are in search of a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team located in Santa Monica, California. This role primarily involves managing financial forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis for a multitude of companies. The professional will be expected to maintain budgets, develop forecasts, create key management reports, and assist with liquidity and cash management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of budgets and forecasts for multiple companies.
• Develop financial forecasts, including Fee-Related Earnings and Performance-Related Earnings.
• Create and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical management reports.
• Assist in developing cash forecasts and managing liquidity and cash.
• Prepare distribution proposals for excess cash.
• Use skills such as CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Capital Management, C-Suite, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A), Budgeting - Forecasting, KPI Reporting in the execution of duties.
  
  

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proficiency in CapEx management is required
• Expertise in the use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is essential
• Extensive knowledge and experience in handling accounting functions
• Must have experience in managing budget processes
• Ability to handle capital management effectively
• Experience in dealing with C-Suite level executives is necessary
• Must have a strong background in finance
• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) is a must
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting is required
• Must have experience in KPI Reporting.
