Role Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bars.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize revenue generation and profitability.
Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain high-quality standards and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create and promote engaging events and dining experiences.
Monitor financial performance, assist in preparing budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
Uphold the venue's reputation by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar executive role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a multi-faceted venue.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
5+ years’ work experience in food and beverage industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Food Handling and Safety.
Certification in T.I.P.S./alcohol awareness training
