Join our team! Leland Management is seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a private community restaurant and bar in the Kissimmee, FL area. Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bars.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize revenue generation and profitability.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain high-quality standards and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create and promote engaging events and dining experiences.
  • Monitor financial performance, assist in preparing budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Uphold the venue's reputation by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar executive role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a multi-faceted venue.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ work experience in food and beverage industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Food Handling and Safety.
  • Certification in T.I.P.S./alcohol awareness training
