Sodexo is seeking a Food Services Manager 3 for Trojan Dining Hall at Troy University, located in Troy, AL. Troy is just an hour from the state capital of Montgomery, and 3 1/2 hour drive to the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shore, AL. This Food Service Manager 3 will oversee the Student Dining Hall serving up to 4,000 students and faculty.

Are You the One? The successful candidate will have:

• 3 - 5 years food service management in high volume dining in a similar environment – University dining, healthcare, large corporate businesses, etc.;
• experience in Sodexo management and processes preferred;
• a work history demonstrating a hands-on management style - strong employee engagement, student engagement, and being out on the floor during peak meal times;
• proven leadership and supervision for the on-site food service exempt and non-exempt level staff in providing excellent Customer Service for our students and our client.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
