Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine an outbound and engagement engine using a state-of-the-art tool stack
• Optimize and integrate our HubSpot instance for maximum efficiency and impact
• Build a dynamic signals system to engage prospects at the right moment
• Drive a high volume of high-value demos each month through both strategic and automated prospecting
• Qualify and route inbound demand effectively
• Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business challenges and needs
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience building complex systems, whether in prospecting, task automation, or home automation
• Demonstrated ability to connect the dots is essential
• 0-3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
• Experience with workflow tools
• Experience (or experimentation) with modern outbound + AI tools is a huge advantage
• Willingness to adapt and meet aggressive demand generation targets
• A curious mindset, resilience, and a strong desire to continually learn and grow
• A background in accounting or finance is a plus!
  
  

Compensation Structure:

FlowFi values talent and dedication, offering a competitive and transparent compensation package:

• Base Salary: Ranging from $65,000 to $80,000, depending on experience
• Commission: Hitting your quota can earn an additional $65,000 to $80,000, with uncapped potential for optimizing systems
• Equity: As a key team member, you'll receive equity options, giving you a stake in FlowFi's future success
