We're seeking a Sr. Product Designer who will help shape our platform by enhancing and creating new features for our clients to create a system of record for better organization, actionable results, and ways to optimize teams performance
What You Need For This Position
5+ years of experience of UX/UI design, preferably within a tech or startup environment
Proven UX experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to understand and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Conduct in-depth user research and testing to derive
insights that inform design decisions, ensuring that the user
experience is intuitive and efficient.
Create visually stunning and high-quality user interfaces
and experiences through thoughtful design and
prototyping, elevating the overall usability of our product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product
management, development teams, sales, and executive
leadership to ensure a seamless end-to-end user
experience.
Guarantee a consistent user experience across various
platforms and devices, adhering to design systems, style
guides, and pattern libraries.
Contribute to the design vision and strategy of the company
and product, and ensure that design decisions align with the
overall goals and objectives.
