At RapidSOS, we are empowering safer, stronger communities with faster, data-driven emergency response. In partnership with public safety, RapidSOS created the world’s first intelligent safety platform that securely links life-saving data from 540 million+ connected devices, apps and sensors and 200+ technology partners directly to RapidSOS Safety Agents, 911, and first responders globally. The platform is used by over 21,000+ first responder agencies in six countries and supports 171 million+ emergencies each year. Whether there’s an unsafe moment or an emergency, RapidSOS Ready devices, vehicles, homes, or buildings deliver essential data to the right place when it matters most.
What this role is about:
You will be part of a Finance Team composed of strategic and innovative doers dedicated to bringing forward insights that influence business decisions. We challenge you to move beyond crunching numbers and running spreadsheets; in fact, our goal is to eliminate spreadsheets entirely. You will be responsible for creating systems and automating processes to handle the routine aspects of data collection and consolidation, enabling you to serve the needs of our internal business units with timely and accurate financial insights. Your goal will be to empower these units with the information they need to make informed, strategic decisions.
This is not an easy task. You will need to be a financial innovator who can anticipate challenges and build robust systems to support our rapid growth. RapidSOS is a rocketship, demanding agility and continuous adaptation to changing business needs. As the leader of a team, your challenge is to build your team and processes while maintaining the quality and integrity of our data. This role presents a significant challenge but also a tremendous opportunity for you to shape the future of our financial strategy and make a lasting impact on our company's success.
What you’ll do:
Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000. This role will also be eligible to receive equity options.
