Job Overview

This role will report into the CFO and work with key business partners to support the financial operations or the organization including driving the budget, forecasting, monthly financial close, reporting processes and ad hoc business initiatives with a focus on supply chain and logistics. Using your business expertise, you will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of strategic decisions.

The role sits in the Finance department yet interfaces across technology, merchandising, supply chain, marketing and other business functions. As such, it provides a multitude of opportunities for learning and growth.

You Will:

  • Drive the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth
  • Spearhead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets, driving best in class practices
  • Work closely with the CFO in delivering presentational outputs for discussion with the Leadership team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and marketing, to drive business initiatives and achieve financial goal
  • Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing and new programs and develop strategies further leveraging company objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales, margin, and inventory performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency, including marketing spend and metrics around CAC and ROAS
  • Design financial models and analytical tools to support decision-making and evaluate the financial impact of various initiatives
  • Help drive finance discipline, fact-based decision-making and financial visibility
  • Transform complex data sets into simple visuals and dashboards for analytical and non-analytical teammates


You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
  • 4 - 5 years relevant planning / analysis experience, preferably in retail and D2C industries
  • Demonstrated track record of experience in complex financial planning and analysis
  • Proven ability working in a hands-on fast-moving environment to agreed deadlines that may require a quick turnaround
  • Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language
  • Strong business and financial acumen. Proven ability to think creatively with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ERP / Salesforce experience preferred
