Jack in the Box Inc. is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to be based in the Northern California. This is a remote/home based position with travel to various sites.
This Director level role will be responsible for owning and driving franchise restaurant financial and operational results by serving as the primary liaison between Jack in the Box and Franchise Operators (FO) with broad accountability to effectively coach, collaborate, and consult with FOs on building and sustaining profitable restaurants that operate in a manner consistent with Jack in the Box vision, strategies, and brand standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, MBA preferred
8 -10 years business management experience in the restaurant industry (fast food/drive thru preferred)
3-5 years in a multi-unit franchise organization

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000.
