Full Charge Bookkeeper - Metal Fabrication company located in Northwest Houston
Pay range is $35-$40/hr.
Seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, and preferably experience within the manufacturing industry or similar.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
Process payroll and maintain employee records
Prepare financial reports and statements
Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
Utilize accounting software to maintain financial data accurately
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
Experience with Quickbooks Desktop
Strong 10-key typing skills for data entry accuracy
Ability to perform bank reconciliations efficiently
Familiarity with corporate accounting procedures
Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, accounting roles
