Job Description:
Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger accounts
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed
Education + Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
