Fundraising Manager
Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Fundraising Manager for immediate hire for our client, a wonderful nonprofit organization focused on environmental restoration and community support through reforestation efforts! This is an exciting Full-Time, Direct-Hire opportunity that is fully remote!
As the Fundraising Manager, you will report to the Development Manager and lead outbound fundraising efforts, driving revenue growth by generating and converting donor leads, with a focus on environmental sustainability. You will be responsible for soliciting 5-6 figure donations and must have proven success of raising at least 1 million a year!
- RESPONSIBILITIES:Seek out and pinpoint new fundraising prospects through converting donor leads, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential benefactors, clearly articulating the value of our mission and work.
- Cultivate and sustain strong connections with current donors, offering outstanding customer service and promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
- Create and execute fundraising strategies and techniques to meet fundraising objectives and revenue targets.
- Work with internal teams, such as marketing, programs, and customer support, to support fundraising efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Draft and present proposals and contracts to potential donors, negotiating terms and converting leads into long-term supporters.
- Use CRM software to track fundraising activities, manage leads, and produce reports to monitor performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and promote our products/services.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements to support continuous growth and innovation.
- QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of Fundraising and Donor Stewardship experience
- Proficient at aquiring 5-6 figure gifts
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot
- Passion for environmental sustainability is a plus!
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The compensation for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 DOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
