Key responsibilities include:

• Translate client needs into impactful solutions
• Produce and manage actionable project plans and drive progress towards deliverables
• Manage project budget, contract, and timelines to ensure successful project completion
• Build strong relationships with clients at senior levels, including multinational FTSE 500 organizations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
• Lead project teams, providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure project milestones and goals are met
• Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to clients and internal teams
• Identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues to drive resolution
• Compile and analyze data to evaluate project performance
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in learning & development program design (preferably for Leadership Development) or consulting in a people related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Resilient and adaptable, comfortable working in a changing environment
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence project team members to drive success
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management software and tools required
• Must be able to travel regularly
