Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Ogden, UT. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Carl's Jr. units in the region. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, enforcing company policies and procedures, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability. The General Manager will also collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute operational plans and achieve performance goals.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, customer service, and financial management
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building
