We are a new construction company that specializes in Outparcel Developments in the Commercial/Retail space. Our headquarters are in Charlotte with a satellite office in Raleigh. As our company grows, we are looking to bring on team players who are self-motivated, have experience on the Owner's Rep side as well as the GC side, and someone who wants to help build a company and get the visibility with scaling our 30+ project pipeline already.

What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing Commercial/Retail ground up projects in the Charlotte & Raleigh area (reporting to Raleigh office)
• Not much travel at all - flexible to sleep in your own bed or company provided overnight stays
• Representing Owner's best interest while aligning contractors and subs for projects
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• Minimum 5 years experience in Commercial construction
• Need some Owner's Rep experience
