Position Overview
A Global Process Engineer is a critical role within the Oil and Gas industry, responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across multiple global locations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong understanding of the Oil and Gas industry. This role is based in Georgia and client will relocate qualified candidates. The ad may read like another city, it's only because I'm posting it in cities where there is a lot of carbon black work being done.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs across global operations.
- Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance performance and reduce risks.
- Create and maintain process maps, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues, such as safety concerns, equipment failures, and product defects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to local teams to ensure consistent implementation of processes and procedures.
- Lead projects related to process optimization, new equipment installation, and process technology upgrades.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on process engineering.
- Thorough understanding of carbon black grades
- Experience working on global projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Oil and Gas processes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project management, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as process simulation software, CAD, and project management software.
