    We are pleased to announce the LEAP Graduation of Connor M.! Connor earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a Minor in Business from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He briefly interned with us before joining our team in 2022. Connor has been instrumental in the success of several projects, including Truman Early Childhood Education Center and LOS Ambulatory Surgical Center in Lafayette, LA, and East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, LA to name a few. Connor is an exceptional asset to LEMOINE, and we are excited to watch his continued growth! Congratulations, Connor! -- LEAP, LEMOINE Engineering Advancement Program, is LEMOINE’s hands-on training experience. LEAP Participants are guided through the disciplines of Estimating, Project Management, and Field Supervision. Each participant is matched with a coach to provide extensive one-on-one support and individualized feedback. Through the formal rotation, LEAP participants are exposed to a well-rounded professional experience in the field of construction management. After the training period, the LEAP participant and their coaches evaluate strengths to determine the right long-term career path. #1LEMOINE

    Earlier today, we broke ground on the campus of McNeese State University for the new McNeese Student Union project. At the event, Kevin Martin, Director of Facilities at McNeese, highlighted the significance of this long-awaited project for the university. President Dr. Wade Rousse praised the students' leadership and vision in investing in a facility for future generations. Scheduled to open in early 2026, the new union is set to reignite student engagement and enhance campus life. LEMOINE is proud to contribute to a project that aligns with our commitment to creating lasting, impactful structures for educational communities. Stay tuned as we progress towards delivering this transformative addition to the McNeese campus! #1LEMOINE

    The Barbara Greenbaum House project exemplifies LEMOINE's dedication to enduring quality and sustainability. Completed for Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, the building was designed to harmonize with 100-year-old oak trees and blend seamlessly with the historic Newcomb Campus, established in 1912. Key features include: - 144 single and double occupancy rooms, accommodating 256 students - Inclusion of a Faculty-In-Resident and a Community Director - Sustainability efforts recognized with a LEED® Gold designation in late 2014 This project showcases LEMOINE's expertise in integrating modern functionality with historical aesthetics, reinforcing our commitment to projects that are truly "Built to Last."
