Position

Global Talent Acquisition Head

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.
• Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans to address them.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles.
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations, to expand our talent pool.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in a global or multinational organization.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and proactively solve complex recruitment challenges.
• Proficiency in recruitment software/tools and familiarity with HRIS systems.
