This can be remote or a hybrid role – office, remote, and client locations.

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ leading government audit engagements
  • Cultivates role as primary engagement contact for clients
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of client’s business and provides strategic guidance
  • Responsible for all phases of multiple engagements; planning through timely completion
  • Experience researching, documenting, and addressing complex government auditing issues
  • Demonstrated engagement profitability and budget monitoring for timely completion and profitability
  • Manages staff workload, and provides open communication to staff to promote positive learning environment
  • Develops leads and networking opportunities. Recognizes opportunities to provide additional services to clients; ability to cross-sell firm’s services
  • Experience leading in-house or outside CPE events

Background/Attributes:

  • Actively seeks feedback for self-improvement opportunities and growth
  • Seeks to engage in strategic discussions with partners, supports firm culture and drives positive change
  • S/W knowledge including document management and workflow, time and billing, CCH ProSystem Engagement, integrated WP application and Microsoft Office
  • CPA or interest in pursuing designation
