Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with culturally diverse elements, with a particular focus on African-inspired designs. This role will involve creating visual content that reflects our brand’s connection to African heritage, traditions, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging graphics for social media, web, and print
• Incorporate African-inspired design elements in a way that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative assets for campaigns
• Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and mediums

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing African-inspired designs or cultural elements
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of design trends and how to incorporate diverse cultural elements thoughtfully and respectfully
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus
• Familiarity with African art, patterns, and cultural motifs
