Job Description

Paid Ads and UGC Designer

What you'll be working on

  • Creating visual assets like images, graphics and videos for paid ads
  • Designing and video editing for user generated content campaigns
  • Staying up to date with latest design trends and paid advertising best practices

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing and designing creative paid ad campaigns from scratch
  • Providing design support and assets for ongoing UGC programs
  • Analyzing performance of old creatives and suggesting design improvements
  • Collaborating with marketing team to implement client recommendations

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic/visual design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Strong layout and typography skills
  • Experience designing for social media formats and video editing
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience in paid ads and UGC designs
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
