Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at Ogee, you will work on all elements from product development to digital and retail design. You will play a role in the creation and execution of packaging design, retail in-store collateral and displays, digital assets, asset management, and photo retouching. Reporting to the VP of Creative and Senior Digital Designer, you will collaborate closely with the cross-functional team to ensure our visual content aligns with our brand vision and objectives. Additionally, you will oversee and manage asset organization, and support to maintain the highest quality of work.

This role is a fully remote position with a hybrid Burlington, VT office option.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Develop packaging concepts from the initial study through mechanicals, proofing, and color-matching.

·     Collaborate with vendors and manage artwork pre-production discussions.

·     Create presentation-ready package renderings and maintain an organized library of packaging samples and proofs.

·     Conceptualize and create innovative in-store collateral and displays to enhance the customer experience.

·     Design digital assets for all channels, including banners, PDP (product detail pages), and other digital needs.

·     Assist in conceptualizing photography direction.

·     Manage and organize new and existing image assets.

·     Retouch images as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in packagaing and retouching.
•    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
•    Strong typographic skills and mastery of design fundamentals.
•    Experience in packaging design, from concept to mechanicals and proofing.
•    Ability to create and manage in-store collateral and displays.
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in video editing and Figma is a plus.
• Beauty industry experience is a plus.

·      Light travel for press-run or on-site meeting
