We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Digital Engagement team within our Winnipeg Office OR Remote within Central or Eastern time zones.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be creating visually compelling and impactful designs to support digital marketing, online lottery and loyalty initiatives for our North American Lottery partners. Working closely with members of the Digital Engagement Team you will translate concepts and ideas into engaging graphics and content that effectively communicate to target audiences. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide copywriting that supports the visual assets.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Digital Engagement Team to fulfill design and content needs across various client projects
  • Create artwork for websites, email campaigns, social media, paid media campaigns and other CRM communication materials
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique identity and brand guidelines and translate it into effective digital content and assets
  • Adherence and research for designing within accessibility and responsible gaming guidelines
  • Write copy for visual assets and various marketing channels including websites and emails ensuring that copy is on brand and compelling
  • Manage the stakeholder review and change control process for artwork and copywriting
  • Manage and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring that all design files and resources are properly archived and accessible to Digital Engagement Team
  • Manage strict timelines to deliver artwork and content accordingly
  • Conduct research and stay current on digital design trends and best practices

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience of graphic design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in Graphic Design or related field
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience with copywriting is considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
