Responsibilities

  • Collateral: Design and layout engaging one-pagers and brochures that effectively communicate key information.
  • Infographics: Create visually appealing infographics to convey complex data and information in an easily digestible format.
  • Guides & E-Books: Develop comprehensive guides and e-books with professional and visually appealing designs.
  • Light Video Work: Produce and edit videos for various platforms, including motion graphics and short promotional clips.
  • Email Templates: Design and code HTML email templates with a keen eye for detail and functionality.
  • LinkedIn Posts: Create eye-catching graphics and content for LinkedIn posts to enhance our online presence.
  • Presentations & Templates: Design polished and engaging presentations and templates for RFPs and other needs.
  • Website Updates & Graphics: Update and create new graphics for our website, ensuring alignment with our brand and UI/UX best practices.
  • Social Media Graphics: Design graphics for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including motion graphics and carousel ads.
  • Design Tools: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva to produce high-quality designs.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a larger organization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, and other popular graphics and video programs.
  • HTML Design: Experience in designing and coding HTML email templates.
  • Web Design & UI/UX: Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX best practices.
  • Content Management Systems: Knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress is a plus.
  • Social Media: Experience in creating graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms, including motion graphics and carousel ads.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
  • Remote/Hybrid: Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
