Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating ads for B2C and direct response. Prior experience in the personal injury space is preferred. This role requires someone with expertise in conversion optimized design and the ability to analyze A/B test results to continuously improve ad performance. If you are an analytical creative, with a passion for design and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create visually compelling ads for various digital platforms, including social media, display ads, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ideate and create engaging and effective ad creatives.
  • Optimize designs for conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and analyze results to determine the most effective design elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital advertising.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for design improvements based on A/B test results.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on B2C and direct response advertising.
  • Expertise in conversion optimized design and familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful ad campaigns and design projects.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven design decisions.
  • Basic statistics knowledge.
